Honeycomb Cakes and Catering

I am definitely not one that can boast about "always" wanting to cook and bake. In fact, I used to hide whenever food was to be made or dishes were to be done.  It all changed when my children were small (and that is about 20 odd years ago) and I embarked on a journey of baking them unique cakes for their birthdays. That is basically how I developed a passion for baking .

I love to give expression to my creative side through cakes for special occasions. On this note, I also have to say that I love children- hence the satisfaction to see the joy on their faces when they see the cake. 

The cooking part?  Well, you probably guessed it, I love feeding people.  My family, in particular my husband, is always eager and willing to try out new ideas.  I love to entertain my friends at a beautiful table - even if it is just a "braai".

I love a challenge.
